Donald Duck is one of the two most recognized cartoon characters of the Walt Disney Company. Today is the actual birthday of the character, March 13, 1914. He was first mentioned in the book "The Life of Donald Duck."
The second Donald Duck Day, June 9, marks the anniversary of his screen debut in 1934.
